The later years of life can be especially challenging, but Legend and Kind home care is here to help. At our care homes, we listen to the needs of our residents in order to understand their limitations and discuss potential solutions. Having a medical background, we make sure your loved ones get all the needed attention. Best of this is that we do this in a complete homely environment. We have several locations in the Modesto area.

MEDICATION MONITORING
There comes a point in everyone’s life when they may no longer be able to take care of themselves. Nature calls for the families of each individual to take care of them, just as they were cared for when they were young. Unfortunately, careers and other matters of modern life can often make this a difficult task. At our care homes we provide the support that retirees and their families require, including Medication Monitoring services.
NUTRITIONAL AND DIETARY COUNSELING
Many of our community members at care homes require some degree of health and well-being monitoring. Our Care Home provides complimentary and customizable Nutritional and Dietary Counseling services for all our residents. By catering to the personal needs of each resident, we go just one step further to make everyone feel like they’re truly at home at Legend and Kind care homes. We always go a step further and cater to our residents with home cooked food.
ASSISTED LIVING
Throughout the year, we provide our residents with Assisted Living to make sure there’s always something exciting to look forward to at our care homes. It’s just one of the things that sets our Care Homes apart from the rest. Our care givers are our assets and we all strive for the values of "Enhancing life in comfortable homely environment". We’re passionate about providing opportunities for our residents to make new memories and friends while enjoying our services.
